Q - When Will You Ship My Items?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
- Please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
Q - Where Are My Items Coming From?
Although our fulfillment house is located in USA, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. Sometimes your item can get stuck in customs and take a little longer for delivery.
Q - Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Q - No Tracking Info?
If you have ordered a product with standard shipping you most likely will not have a tracking number. There is no option for tracking with standard shipping.
Q - Refund Or Returns
We do not issue any refunds on Sale Items.
The reason being for this matter is because these are wholesale prices to the public. All sales are final on sale items!
